We stand behind the quality of our water guns. If you’re not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund for eligible physical products.

Simply contact our support team at brickforce.staff@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Shipping, logistics, handling, insurance, and protection fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds apply only to eligible physical merchandise returned in accordance with our return policy.

• Digital services and shipping-related charges cannot be refunded once the order has been processed.
